Why this role matters

Are you looking for a varied and responsible position within GXO? As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of between 8-10 warehouse employees and for helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment.

We are looking for Two Coordinator’s to join our team at the Amsterdam site, where you will play an important role in supporting warehouse operations, assigning daily tasks, developing team dynamics, and driving process improvements on the shop floor.

Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, rotational weekly shifts, evening shift allowance applies - 6.00 – 15.00 and 13.00 – 22.00

• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
• Ensure accurate execution of work and help the team meet quality standards
• Participate in Lean initiatives on the shop floor
• Train employees and promote positive team dynamics
• Identify and report process improvement opportunities
• Support GXO’s focus on consciously reducing environmental impact

What you'll bring to GXO

• Previous Coordination expertise is required
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English
• A proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset
• Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives
• Problem solving skills
• Familiarity with IT, MS office systems
