Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team supporting our Screwfix contract in Stafford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their customer service career within a fast-paced logistics environment.
This is a full time, 9-month secondment opportunity, predominately working Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 and 12:00 to 20:00. However, we do ask for some flexibility, this is logistics after all.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,812.50 and receive 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Provide accurate information regarding schedules, routes, and services
- Assist customers with queries, changes, and cancellations
- Inform customers about schedule changes, delays, and cancellations promptly
- Administrative Tasks · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
