Warehouse Training Coordinator

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Training Coordinator to join our team in Swindon, supporting our customer Iceland. You will ensure all training meets regulatory and safety standards, including Road Transport Industry Training Board (RTITB) accreditation and support operational excellence through competent, compliant and safe warehouse teams.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday 09:00 till 17:00. However, we do ask for some flexibility, this is logistics after all!

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Deliver accredited MHE training (including Counterbalance and Reach Truck) in line with RTITB standards
- Plan, coordinate, and manage training schedules across the site
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of warehouse training effectiveness
- Develop and maintain training materials, assessments, and competency frameworks for warehouse operatives
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- RTITB (or equivalent) accredited MHE Instructor certification
- Experience in training planning and schedule management
- Proven experience delivering training on Counterbalance and Reach Truck equipment
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety regulations
