Senior Solution Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities of the role:
•    Follows up solution implementation and ensure consistency between initial requirement and final delivery;
•    Lead and execute test phases for internal functional test and customer validation;
•    Define and maintain solution design, traceability, and change requests coordinating software factory, operations, and IT;
•    Support operations in process discussion and understanding;
•    Act as the primary point of contact between the software factory and business operations, mediating priorities and decisions;
•    Deliver WMS solutions from requirements gathering through functional, integration, and acceptance testing—up to cut-over, go-live, and hypercare;
•    Highlights gaps and evaluate solution proposal;
•    Reports bugs, support in identifying problems and provide resolutions using root cause analysis;
•    Interacts with operations engineer and process owners to help refine business specifications for new functionalities and process improvement;
•    Monitors progresses and reporting according to KPI’s identified;
•    Communicates and exchange with the customer and internal stakeholders. 

Requirements
•    Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering is preferred;
•    Proven experience in the supply chain and logistics industry;
•    Hands-on WMS experience, Blue Yonder knowledge is a plus;
•    3-5 years in software delivery/solution implementation;
•    Quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications and technologies as needed;
•    Demonstrate attention to detail, problem solving;
•    Strong attitude for understanding and analysing large amounts of data from multiple sources;
•    Present organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience;
•    Ability to be summarize and be concise;
•    Provide timely and professional support to all internal/external customers and vendors;
•    Capable of planning own and others workload in dynamic environments with shifting priorities;
•    SQL knowledge is mandatory while experience with Jira, Confluence and Xray is a plus;
•    Team-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable seeking input from peers and management;
•    Comfortable working in a matrix organization across functions and geographies;
•    Fluent in Italian and English; any additional European language is a plus (ideally French).

The expected pay range for this position is €40,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary.
