GXO is launching a new operation in Locust Grove, GA and we are building our team!

We’re looking for talented, motivated professionals to be part of the launch and help us build something great from day one.
We anticipate opportunities across Operations, Leadership, Training, Quality, Logistics, Inventory, Trade Compliance, HR, and Implementation, including:
- Manager, Site Operations – Leads the overall warehouse operation and team
- Operations Manager – Manages day-to-day warehouse operations and performance
- Operations Supervisor – Supervises employees and daily warehouse activities
- Training Supervisor – Leads employee training and development
- HR Manager – Supports employees, HR processes, and site leadership
- Implementation Analyst – Helps launch new processes, systems, and operations
- Logistics Analyst – Analyzes transportation, inventory, and supply chain activities
- Operations Analyst – Analyzes operational data and helps improve processes
- Yard and Dock Lead – 1st Shift – Leads dock and yard activities and supports the warehouse team
- Forklift Operator – 1st Shift – Operates forklifts and other powered equipment to move materials
- Senior Forklift Operator – 1st Shift – Performs advanced material-handling activities and supports warehouse operations
- Warehouse Clerk – 1st Shift – Handles administrative, data entry, and documentation tasks
- Material Handler – 1st Shift – Moves, loads, unloads, and organizes products and materials
- Inventory Specialist – 1st Shift – Maintains inventory accuracy and supports inventory processes
- Program Manager, Supply Chain Programs (Avengers) – Leads supply chain projects and strategic initiatives
