Class 1 Driver

Here at GXO, we are recruiting a Class 1 Driver to join our City Plumbing team in Wellingborough. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, from Monday to Friday, with start time between 04:00 and 07:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Multi drop deliveries at average of 3 - 7 drops per day 
• Operate vehicle in safe and legal manner, guaranteeing it has been loaded correctly prior to leaving site (no handballing required)
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company’s policy
• Report any damages to a vehicle

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement
• A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
• Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 current penalty points
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
