Senior Finance Manager

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Warrington. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high – quality financial and operations reporting while ensuring financial transparency, supporting strategic decision making and enabling performance management through timely and accurate reporting.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £75,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly management accounts, P&L & balance sheet across the network
- Produce high-quality management information packs, including variance analysis, KPIs, and dashboards to support decision-making
- Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes by providing accurate actuals, variance analysis, and data consolidation
- Drive improvements in reporting processes, controls, and tools to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Provide commentary and insights to explain financial performance and trends
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Fully qualified or final stage of your studies of ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a contracted or client facing model would be advantageous
- Advanced excel and strong proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos etc.
- Plan and prioritises effectively to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
