Finance Project Manager
Finance PM
Warsaw/hybrid/remote
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects in finance department/related to finances ensuring alignment with GXO rules, strategic objectives and timely delivery
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on status to Financial Director, providing insights and recommendations for course correction when necessary
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery, while proactively addressing any issues that arise
- Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Implementation of new sites from finance perspective (involvement in all activities from early phase of project till start of activity)
Candidate profile:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 3 years’ experience in projects management in finance
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Experience with process design, re-engineering, identifying areas for process improvements
- Strong analytic skills and the ability to organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making
- Can-do attitude and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter, strong drive and results orientation
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point
- Good English level (C1)
- Driving license (B category
