Experienced WMS IT Functional Engineer who will act as WMS SME, next line of support. Managing solutions from requirements to support. Proactively working with process and configuration optimization. Being changes and improvements champion.
Your responsibilities:
- Implement and deploy setups and configurations of new sites/new customers.
- Create a solution base on the business requirements and document
- Seeburger - EDI - EDI platform management supervision of Interfaces
- Mapping interface to WMS standards
- Analyze the process dependencies, define and build the related application configuration.
- Identify and specify required changes on application.
- Documentation of changes / processes in the warehouse
- Participation in second level support IT L2
- Cooperate with 1st and 2nd line support and deliver 3rd line support.
- Realization and supervision of SNOW Incidents
- Analysis of requests, errors
Candidate profile:
- Knowledge of production processes and proposing optimal solutions based on WMS capabilities
- Min 3 years of experience with WM/WMS/Reflex systems welcome
- Min 3 years of experience hands on with WMS systems configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
- Business analysis skills.
- Software development methodology and techniques knowledge.
- Support of min medium-sized organization
- Critical thinking and problem-solving
- Fluent in English
- Communicative level of Polish
- Reflex certificate will be a plus
