Compliance and Loss Manager

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Compliance & Loss Manager to join our team in Northampton, supporting our Clicklink business. You will play a critical role in minimising stock loss across the network with a primary focus on the operation including key customer accounts. You will also be responsible for identifying areas of potential loss using data analysis, operational knowledge, process compliance and ensuring robust security and control measures are in place.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working Monday to Friday, 08:30 till 17:00. However, we do ask for some kind of flexibility, this is logistics after all!

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Review data sources to identify late arrivals, non-compliance, and gaps for potential investigation
- Work with management teams across sites to improve scanning compliance and identify areas for operational improvement
- Conduct regular audits of security controls, assessing effectiveness and recommending improvements
- Investigate lost and missing items, determining root causes, and providing recommendations for process changes
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Knowledge of industry best practice in relation to loss prevention
- Logistics operational management experience is desirable
- Have experience in working with technical security systems, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm
- Continuous improvement qualifications desirable
