Warehouse Operative

Are you a experienced Warehouse Operative, looking for a new opportunity to showcase your skills and help drive our operation forward?

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting full-time, permanent Warehouse operatives to join our team in Sherburn In Elmet (LS25 6PT) supporting our E Commerce Clothing contract.

You will be working 40.15 hours per week on a 4on, 4off (NIGHTS) shift pattern working between the hours of 19:30 - 07:30

What you’ll do on a typical day:

·       Working as a team member within the fulfilment centre supporting the distribution operations

·       Ensure supply of products to our customer in a timely manner

·       Working within a fast-paced environment to ensure you achieve your pick rates

·       Work to the highest levels of safety, service, accuracy and quality

·       Adhere to all of GXO Health & Safety policies at all times

What you need to succeed at GXO:

·       Experience of warehouse management systems

·       Good communication, both verbal and written

·       Ability to build good team relationships

·       Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment
