Currently recruiting for our site in Hamina, Finland, we are looking for a Team Leader to join our growing team supporting a leading global technology customer. In this role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operations.

You will play a key role in driving operational performance, safety and service excellence, whilst creating a positive and engaging environment for your team.

• Lead, coach and develop team performance.
• Deliver operational KPIs and ensure workload accuracy.
• Promote a safe, positive and compliant work environment.
• Lead start-up projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and resource planning.
• Maintain processes, documentation and support people decisions.

What you’ll bring to GXO

• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar role within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or distribution is preferred.
• A qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent operational experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills in both Finnish and English.
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of 5-10 direct FTE’s 
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement, safety and operational excellence
