  • Deliver excellent service to internal stakeholders and customers by responding quickly and communicating clearly
  • Apply and promote company policies, safety procedures and relevant legal requirements to ensure full compliance
  • Work safely in line with GXO Health & Safety training, standards and procedures, and proactively contribute to a safer environment for colleagues and visitors
  • Support initiatives that reduce our environmental impact (energy, water and fuel use, waste and emissions) and improve overall site performance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, sharing ideas and helping implement better ways of working

What you’ll bring

  • MBO Level 4 or HBO in Facility Management (or a comparable qualification/experience)
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar facilities/maintenance coordination role within Logistics
  • Technical knowledge with air conditioning units and/or electrical engineering is desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with Dutch desirable
  • Familiarity with LEAN ways of working in a warehouse or operational environment
